1. Where/when should I send my pay claims?
All pay claims MUST be received by the College by the 20th of the month, along with completed registers in order for you to be paid.
Please note that you should only claim for hours you have already worked when you send the claim; you cannot claim for hours in advance.

2. How do I access the online teaching materials on the
website?
To download the materials, click on the relevant .zip file in the downloads section.
Once it is downloaded, right click on the file and choose where to extract the files. Before you will be able to open the materials you will need a password, which is available by emailing: info@ymca-wales.ac.uk
3. Who should be my first point of contact if I’m having problems with my course?
This depends on which member of the office team works most closely with you:
